Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS with 2-3 day priority shipping. We do not ship with insurance or signature conformation unless requested. Send email to request specific shipping requests. 

We offer affordable shipping rates and free shipping with a $60 purchase minimum.

We ask that you double check your shipping address as we are not responsible for packages being sent to the incorrect address. If your order was placed and address is incorrect please send us a email right away so we can edit before shipping. 

Beach Bum Beauty is not responsible for delays in shipping once it has left our hands. We do not have control over delays in shipping with the carrier. 

**COVID UPDATE- Please be advised we are experiencing longer than normal shipping delays due to the pandemic.Please give 5 to 7 business days for fulfillment. 

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering international shipping at this time. 

 ** UPDATE 10/18- Orders will be shipped out Monday-Wednesday.To ensure your order comes in quality form we have chosen this shipping option to decrease the risk of your product losing its quality. **

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards on our website including PayPal and ApplyPay. We do not offer the option to pay with check, money orders, or any buy now pay later applications. 

 

REFUNDS

We are currently not offering exchanges or store credit. We stand by our product and our brand and want you to feel 100% satisfied with your product, if you are not please reach out to us via email beachbumbeauty@yahoo.com and we can discuss product replacement. 

If product is damaged when received please reach out to us within 24 hours with product photos and box. We package all of our candles with care and would hate for you to be so excited to receive your product and its damaged. We will reach out to the carrier to put in a damage claim and replace your product immediately, without any shipping costs to you. 

 

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Each product that we offer is made by hand using all natural ingredients and are packaged carefully and inspected thoroughly before leaving our hands to yours. Sometimes adhesion from the candle to the glass can happen due to temperature increase/decrease during shipment. We can't control the weather and in some cases the top of the candle will melt slightly the same with wax melts. This in no way effects the burn, scent or integrity of your product.
