Candle care is extremely important to ensure you are getting the most out of your amazing product. Every order will be accompanied with a candle care card for quick reference. Follow the steps to ensure 100% satisfaction of your candle. 

CANDLES : 

The 1st burn is the most important! Ensure when burning for the 1st time you have time allowed to burn for 2-4 hours. Every candle has a memory, allowing it to burn 2-4 hours the 1st time will ensure a even burn every time after. Allowing the wax pool to reach the edge of the vessel is the goal. 

•  Not allowing your candle the ability to burn for the 2-4 hours and putting it out before this time will cause your candle to tunnel. This cuts your candle life drastically. We have videos on how to correct this on our IG page. (beachbumbeauty__) There is still hope for your candle, but we will not refund or replace product due to a tunneling issue.

Trim your wick 1/4 of a inch before each burn. Wick trimmers are available on our accessories page.

Never leave your candle unattended. Even though our candles are safe for animals and kids it's never a good idea to leave it alone without keeping a eye on it. 

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours. 

To extinguish your candle our best suggestion is to dip the wick into the wax using a wick dipper. This doesn't leave the smoky scent behind and the scent is absorbed in the wick.

Keep your candles out of direct sunlight, can cause your candle to sweat or discoloration of the soy wax. 

Stop burning once 1/2 a inch of wax is left at the bottom of the vessel. Then repurpose.
